How long does setup take?

Less than 30 minutes. You create your account, we generate your idea box and QR code, you print or display it. No technical configuration, no integration required.

What happens at the end of the 14-day trial?

You automatically switch to the Essential plan (free) — no charge, no card stored. You then choose to continue for free or upgrade to a paid plan.

Can I customise the form categories?

Yes. You choose which categories are displayed and the default language. On paid plans, you can also add your logo and adapt the wording to your industry.

What happens when I reach my response limit?

You receive an alert at 80% of your quota. Beyond that, new responses are no longer recorded until the next monthly cycle. You can upgrade to a higher plan by contacting us.

How are Tapidea reports generated?

A language model analyses all the responses from the period and produces: an executive summary, recurring positive points, priority improvement areas, and one immediate actionable recommendation. The report arrives in your inbox, ready to share.

Is my data GDPR compliant?

Yes. No personal data is collected without explicit consent. Responses are hosted on European servers. Tapidea acts as a data processor and can provide a DPA on request.

Can my colleagues access the data?

Yes. Simply share access to your data workspace with the colleagues of your choice. Each person can view and filter responses in real time, without a tapidea account.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, with no fees or justification required. A simple email to support@tapidea.app is all it takes. Cancellation takes effect at the next billing date. Your data remains in your private workspace.
